Quest - Getting Home Safe

Before I get on to the details of the quest, I've decided to reconstruct the process of doing a quest. Instead of me writing out the whole plot of the quest like I'll do for every other event, quests will involve role-playing interaction.

All quests will have a limitation of how many can partake in it and also every quest will have a number of "moves" that each participant can do (moves meaning how many posts you will be allowed to make during the quest. Each member must wait for the other participants to make their moves before he/she can make their next one. Here is an example of how a quest can turn out.

Hippo: Little johnny needs help getting across Point 2 to a neutral colony. He has hired escorts (the three participants) to help him get there. He is suddenly getting attacked by pirates. First move now.
Pilot 1: Pilot flies in front and aims his rifle at one of the pirates.
Pilot 2: Pilot flies to back up pilot 1 but gets struck in the back by a saber from a pirate.
Pilot 3: Pilot 3 slashes the pirate that attacked pilot 2 mobile suit's head off and pushes the suit away as it explodes.

Hippo: After the pirates see one of their comrades fall they form up and charge as a unit.

Then we would move on with everyone's second move....

So as you can see this was a very basic and uninteresting example, but with your creative imaginations quests could get quite fun.

The posts will be continuous, meaning those that are participating in the quest must show up at the exact time and day that the quest says. If you do not show up then you miss out on the rewards.

So let me narrow it down:

  • Accept the quest and review the time and date that the quest will take place. Quests are first come first serve so accept quick
  • Log on the day of the quest and wait for my first post to make your first move.
  • After everyone made their move I will post again creating another instance during the quest
  • Everyone makes their second move
  • Quest goes on the same way until everyone makes their final move
Other things to know about quests:
  • You can accept a quest if you are traveling or repairing
  • If you accept and you are traveling or repairing the day that the quest happens you will automatically get repaired and instantly be transported to the location that the quest takes place
  • After the quest you will remain at the location the quest took place at
  • You may choose to be friendly or hostile with your fellow participants, but you cannot attack eachother.
Winning an accessory:
  • If you are awarded an accessory for the quest then the following day the participants must lot for it, meaning the next day everyone must send me a private message through the forum that you want it.
  • The 4th message I receive will receive the item. If there were only 2 or 3 participants then the last message I receive will get the item.
  • Even if it is an off day (Friday or Saturday) you must still send me a private message if you are trying to get an item.
  • All private messages must be sent before 6:00 PM cst

Getting Home Safe

In Point 2 lies a neutral colony that acts as a manufacturing head quarters for many types of businesses. The famous mobile suit builders, MobCo frequently makes trips to this colony but lately have been getting raided by space pirates. MobCo has issued out a request for an escort team to help their next shipment get through Point 2 safe and sound to the colony.

Quest type: Escort
Client: MobCo
Location: Point 2
Number of Participants: 1-4
Number of Moves: 3
Quest Day: Thursday, June 2 @ 4:00 PM cst
Reward:

EXP / Credits
Accessory - Centurion Module (+2 ARM)

Accept the quest by simply replying to this topic, and make sure you show up when the quest begins. Remember, first come first serve. The post will start in the Events forum.
